Walking Quadrobics Tutorial
1. You can start like this.
Walk on two legs and just hang your front legs over.
2. You can get a little lower.
(Try not to bend your back as much as I did)
You can start to imagine your front legs walking in front of you.
3. Start tapping your hands where your front legs would step.
4. Get a little lower.
5. Start to step on your front legs.
6. When you can step on them all the way, level your back.
7. You're walking on all fours!
Note: any of these steps can take as much time as you need.
